Happy Halloween

"Ollo!"  "It's Hello..."  I love this quote from the preview of Megamind.
I made 48 of the little bags above for kids at my daughter's school. Below, I made these little bags & colored these images (from Joy U) for some friends.
Finally made the wrinkly ribbon.  Fun! Fun! Fun! Got the idea from Donna at Three Umbrella, here.

Boy, has it been awhile since I've made a post!  Like most everyone, life just gets a little crazy now and then.  I've got quite a few things to share, so  I will try and share a little each day with you.  Thanks for sticking with me!
I can't wait for Halloween!  I LOVE CANDY!

Mummy RAK

Got this great mummy RAK from Casey (sp?) who is my dentist's boss...oh, I mean wife!  He won't see this! :)  I don't have the heart to open it up, but, I did get a peak.  It looks like it's a Tim Hotlz decorative stripe die.  WOW!  My first Tim Holtz die....I love his stuff.  I just don't have his style to justify getting his products.
Thanks, Casey! I have it propped up next to my computer.
Love the Baker's Twine and that lil' pumpkin!  That's been me lately!  Zoinks!
Since I'm always writing about my daughters, I thought that I would give my son a write up here too. He'll start training and then try outs for his high school basketball team.  That is, if he can pull of decent grades on his report card.  DD2 shows my expression when talking about his grades.
Have a spooktacular week!

TTT Sketch Challenge

This final TTT was a sketch challenge and altered image.  Tamiko's CT was given special permission this one time by Christine/CC Designs to alter an image, but, no wiping away of the image was allowed.
I used Sugar Plum Emma's body  and Swiss Pixie Nora's head for my altered image.

Head on over to Tamiko's for a special announcement.
Shop at Tamiko's Online Store and use PINK10 at checkout and you'll receive a 10% discount on your entire purchase.

Happy Birthday, DD1!

Happy Birthday, DD1!
Boy, they sure grow up fast!  It seemed like yesterday we were taking her home from the hospital.
The image was originally colored by DD2 and I just went over the face & hair to make it look a wee bit better.  DD2 & I decided together what to put onto the card, so it's kind of kapakahi (mixed up).
We had a weekend full of activites for the birthday girl. We even threw in a dead car battery for fun!
Hope you all had a great weekend!
Aloha no,

TTT Pink

For lack of better words to use in my post title.  Today we're dedicating our Teaser to Breast Cancer Awareness.  Each of the CT's cards have the Pink Ribbon to show our support. Head on over to Tamiko's blog to see what the team has created.
I used Superstar Anya because as we all know, we women are superstars!
Superstar Anya can be purchased at Tamiko's Online Store. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness, Tamiko is offering 10% all purchases.  Just add PINK10 at checkout to receive the discount.
Have a super day!

Good Times, Good Times

Yes, any day spent eating and talking with friends is a good time.  Tamiko's CT had a surprise baby shower for Mama who is expecting her third child.  So, we got together to celebrate her small miracle!  Michelle U made the cute favor pictured above. It's filled with yummy chocolate dipped Oreo cookies that she made.
And our host, Joy U, organized and planned it all to perfection!  She even surprised us with this RAK, even though she specifically told us NOT to make anything.  So not fair!

Good times, good times!
Have a spectacular day!
Aloha no,

OCS and Xmas Tag Swap Sharing

My OCS partner for September was Colleen.  Check out her cute card!  The theme was summer and she nailed it!  Love those palm trees!  Would hit the beach today, but, it's raining like crazy here on the Windward side.  But, I love this weather!  Below is my OCS card:

I also participate in Kyoko's Xmas Tag swap. My wonderful partner for September was Kyoko!  Check out her CUTE Hello Kitty tags!  They're too cute to use.
For my tags below, I used the Sizzix die cut from last year's Christmas dies.
I'm gonna go make some hot cocoa and hunker down in front of the TV and enjoy this rainy weather!
Enjoy your day!
