MAY OCS

My partner for May's OCS was Jenny S.  She's very creative!  Check out her blog, here.  I love my card!  The butterfly punch border is so cute!  Love the color combo & of course, the image! Thanks, Jenny for my cute card and the hibiscus die cuts!

Below is my card that I sent to Jenny.  I attempted to make the tent card, but, it came out kinda funny. And I was in such a hurry to send out my card that I forgot to put in my little note.  So all Jenny got was a blank card!  oops!

School's Out! Summer's Here!

 whew! Made it through another school year. Can't believe how fast the days flew by! Made goody bags, cards, little boxes and forgot to take pictures of them! oh well! But, I did remember to snap shots of these gifts.  Post it note holder for DD2's A+ leader.  Love making those flowers! 

DD2 colored the image and I put together the box (CASE from Joy, here & Michelle, here).  Thanks for the ideas!

Hope everyone is enjoying the first days of summer.  We've been hitting the water & beach after a long school year!  So worth it!

Move Over Snuggles, Here's Cuddles

The new TGF stamp images are so cute and the CC Designs and the Belles and Whistles and the Tiddly Inks and the....well, you get the idea!  My GF, Barbie surprised me with the new TGF Cuddles and as a thank you, I made her an image holder. Thanks, Barbie!

Kept it simple since the DP did all the work!  Now, I'm off to work on my May OCS.

LOVE MY KIDS!

On special occasions (other than my birthday), I usually get See's Molasses Chips and Lollipops both which are my favorites (and the kids' too).  Here's a shot of the wrapping....it's supposed to be my farm on Farm Ville.  Too cute!  Are they trying to tell me that I spend too much time farming?
They made me this great card & got me some crafting goodies too.

HAPPY MOM'S DAY!

Happy Mom's Day to all you moms!  I am so fortunate to know many loving, kind and wonderful moms.  One of them being my own mom, even though she drives me nutso.  She is a hard working woman who would do anything and everything for her family.  She's the reason why my kids and I are always so well fed!  Now you all know the my secret to a clean kitchen and why I am SO not a cook!

Made these for my mom, MIL and Aunty Sandi.  It holds 4-5 simple thank you cards.  Forgot to take a pic of those, but, I did get the idea of the cards from, here.  I took the Designer Bag Box and adjusted the measurements to: DP @ 6" x 12" and the base, 6" x 2.75" (scored at .75" each side). The A2 card size fits pretty nicely in them.  Instead of punching holes in the tabs, I put it into a clear plastic bag and tied with a bow.  Easy peasy.

A BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi all!  Sorry for such a boring title.  Couldn't come up with anything better.  Anyway, I made this for Brenda's youngest daughter's 1st birthday.  It's CC Designs newest digi image.  So adorable!
BTW, check out Brenda's blog for the decorations that she had.  So totally awesome!  I would so love for Brenda to be my mommy!

APRIL OCS

I got partnered up with Cyndi for April's OCS.  She made this really cute purple card.  It pops up, but, I couldn't get a good picture of it open, so, here it is closed.  Love the image & her coloring is great!  Thanks, Cyndi!

And, here's my card that I made.  Can't see it in the picture, but, I used Crystal Effects on Anya's rain boots to make it look slick and also on the water puddle.
